If you love the sweet smell of freshly baked yummies wafting from your kitchen, this is the Meetup group for you! Meet up with like-minded bakers and share a bake and a cup of tea!

"Cocinando entre Amigos" aims to allow home-bakers to meet socially, to chat, share recipes and techniques and, of course, to eat what we bring.

Once a month we will host a themed meetup at someone's home. Each member then bakes or cooks something at home and brings one homemade bake with them to the meetup and everyone gets to share and try the yummies.

This group is designed for anyone with a love of baking and cooking, both men and women, from beginners to advanced.

Our active "Cocinando entre Amigos" group is an opportunity for us to share our passions for cooking and baking, make new friends and broadening our horizons. So that we can get to know you, please complete the questions asked and upload a recent picture of yourself as your profile and the name you would like to be called when people meet you. We’d like to recognize you at events and make you feel welcome too!

Me gustaría formar un grupo para todos los que quieran aprender o seguir aprendiendo italiano a través de conversaciones.

Misión del grupo es promover la apreciación de la lengua y cultura italiana a través de conversación en lengua italiana, clases de cocina, el cine, el arte, la música, la literatura, degustación de vinos, los deportes, los viajes y el compromiso social. Voy a ayudar a la gente con un fuerte interés en Italia se conectan entre sí, tanto en línea como en persona.

Uno scambio linguistico è molto più efficace di una lezione tradizionale, dato che è un incontro informale in cui è possibile parlare liberamente, senza stress da voto. Per questo motivo, non perdere l'occasione di esercitarti in un ambiente rilassato ed amichevole! Non c’è bisogno di avere un alto livello di lingua, basta la voglia di lanciarsi e vedrai presto i risultati. El Grupo "Cocinando entre Amigos" es un proyecto social que promueve la integración social a través de la cocina.
El fin último de este grupo no es otro que conocer gente nueva y beneficiarnos mutuamente. La cocina solamente es una excusa para hacer esa experiencia aún más nutritiva.

Our Group

The objective of the Group is gathering and meeting new people through the organization of homemade food events (dinner, brunch, BBQ). 

Our events will feature homemade food sampling prepared by the members of our group (or friends of friends) and will based at members' place or common spaces (i.e. function rooms in residential buildings). 

The group is open to foodies and amateurs cooks with the goal of finding a good balance for each event, try amazing food, share stories of life, travel and have fun together: this will make everyone happy! 

The group believes that experiencing different cultures and traditions, meeting new friends, when sitting at the same table, sampling traditional, or ethnic home prepared food from another region, country, state, or local, it is an intimate and rich experience.

Our members support the initiative of CookRadar, "connecting people through homemade food", a new disrupting concept that applies the sharing economy principle to food prepared at home, and its vision go as far as imaging a World in which, each country you travel to, you can connect with local people and socialize at the same table sampling amazing food prepared according local traditions and recipes.

A social, free to join community, now has its dedicated online presence, in which members create events combining an ethnic or local home prepared food offering,  with a specific interest like i.e. a foreign language, passion for travelling, cooking, painting, yoga, music, sport, with the goal of bringing people together, promoting friendship, integration, knowledge.

Our concept promotes eat social, discover different cultures and have fun!
